Our Toddler SPOT group is a developmentally appropriate group geared towards children 12 months to 2.11. Each four session workshop will focus on building sensorimotor, social-emotional, and language skills through highly structured play and hands on strategies. All groups are co-facilitated by both an occupational therapist and speech language pathologist.

Our Preschool SPOT group is a developmentally appropriate group geared towards children 3-5 years. Each four session workshop will focus on building sensorimotor, social-emotional, and language skills through highly structured play and hands on strategies. All groups are co-facilitated by both an occupational therapist and speech language pathologist.

Using the program “Zones of Regulation” our Sensory SPOT group will focus on improving coping skills and emotional control by teaching both strategies and language to identify and become self-aware of emotions and their causes.  Through gross motor play and sensory experiences, group members will develop strategies to better manage and cope with emotions.
